Module 3: Process Reengineering & RFP Creation for Healthcare Supply Chain Professionals
This final module focuses on transforming healthcare supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase organizational value. Participants will learn structured approaches to process reengineering and gain hands-on knowledge of the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) lifecycle. From planning and development through evaluation, award, and contract management, participants will develop the skills required to lead complex procurement initiatives within healthcare organizations.
