The emerging trade “war” between the United States and Canada will have a significant impact on procurement supply chains and ongoing and upcoming projects.  In this webinar we will examine the contractual provisions that impact the responsibility for tariffs and provide some recommendations for incorporating tariff related protection in your contract and procurement documents.
